The Soul of Money: Reclaiming the Wealth of Our Inner Resources by Lynne Twist

So I’m reading this book right now (thank you Audible for turning a traffic filled commute into a learning center), it was recommended by my friend Delilah Panio, she helps women get funding for their businesses so she spends a lot of time contemplating the way people relate to and use money.

The thing I’m enjoying about this book is the fact that it is encouraging me to examine my internal dialogue about a concept of scarcity. Lynne Twist works with The Hunger Project, their goal is to end world hunger. It’s an ambitious goal, one where the concept of scarcity is a continual point of discussion. I would say, if you are feeling like your world is colored by the worry of not enough (money, time, education, beauty, love, whatever) this book is worth spending some time with. It will give you food for thought and some new books to add to your reading list.
