Apple Spiced Hot Cocoa

Ingredients
- 2 Drops Cardamom Essential Oil
- 1 Drop Cinnamon Bark
- 2 Drops Vanilla Essential Oil
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- Pinch Teaspoon Cinnamon
- Pinch Ground Clove
- 2 Cups Unsweetened Cocoa
- Whole Star Anise
- Dried Apples
- Candied Ginger
- Dried Ningxia Wolf Berries
- 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Place brown sugar in a bowl drop in the essential oils, mix to ensure the oils are distributed evenly.
- Place the granulated sugar in another bowl other spices in a bowl and mix well.
- Layer cocoa, then brown sugar, then granulated sugar in 4 ounce jars,
- Top each jar in equal amounts of dried apples, candied ginger, wolf berries, one whole star anise, & dark chocolate chips
- Each jar is 2 servings when mixed with hot milk of your choice, be sure to give the dried fruit time to rehydrate in the hot milk for a bit before drinking to enhance flavor.
